These terms govern purchases made on unbound.ae from UNBOUND. By placing an order you agree to the terms that applied at the time of purchase. Nothing in these terms limits the non-waivable protections provided by UAE consumer law.

Products, pricing & orders

We take reasonable care that product descriptions, sizes, photographs, availability and prices are accurate. Minor visual differences may arise from device displays, but your item must correspond materially to its advertised description. Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the store or checkout, and applicable delivery charges and taxes are shown before payment.

An order is submitted when you complete checkout. It is subject to payment confirmation and product availability. If an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you, explain the available options and provide any refund required by law. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Payments & promotions

Available payment methods and any installment, card or cash-on-delivery eligibility are shown during checkout. Promotional discounts, wallet benefits, coupon codes and free-shipping thresholds apply only when their qualifying conditions are satisfied. Any minimum order amount, use restriction or expiry should be clearly disclosed before the offer is used. Discounts cannot be combined unless the checkout or promotion expressly permits it.

Delivery arrangements, timelines, charges and possible delays are described in our Shipping & Delivery page. Contact us if you have not received the order within the timeframe communicated for your order.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

Outside expressly designated Final Sale periods, eligible UAE voluntary returns and exchanges can be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to conditions in our Returns & Exchanges policy. For approved discretionary refunds, AED 15 in return collection/handling charges plus actual, non-refundable bank, card or payment-processing charges will be deducted, to the extent permitted by law. UNBOUND passes through such charges at actual cost and discloses the deduction breakdown before completing the voluntary return. No improper deductions apply to legally required full refunds.

For an offer expressly identified before purchase as a Final Sale period, we do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or refunds for orders made under those terms, regardless of the percentage discounted. Standard discounts outside a designated Final Sale period do not automatically make a product final sale. These conditions are not applied retroactively. Statutory rights and remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect, materially misdescribed or undelivered items are unaffected. Size exchanges on Final Sale purchases may be considered case by case, subject to availability.

Customer information & privacy

Provide accurate contact, delivery and order details. We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payments are processed by available payment providers; please do not email card details to customer support.

Website content

Unless otherwise indicated, UNBOUND's site text, branding, photographs, designs and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may browse the website for personal shopping purposes but may not copy or commercially reuse protected content without permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future orders. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights or alter obligations under a purchase already accepted, unless required by law.
