We at Unbound know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. So we use a large network of courier services across UAE to deliver your products to you as early as possible.
- Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 7 days.
- The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
Cancellation Policy
Unbound reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. We will ensure that any communication of the order cancellation or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
Using Cash Back & Promo Codes/Coupons
- Promo Code may not apply to all the products on the website.
- Special coupons should be redeemed within a limited period, and validity once expired, can no longer be extended
- Two offers cannot be clubbed together using the Promo Code.
- Unbound reserves the right to cancel any promotional ‘Promo Code’ and the transactions in which they are used. (This is not at all applicable on Cash back Promo Codes)
